People always bring graphix when comparing PC vs consoles but for me, this was the bonus. The meat was always elsewhere.
After consoles moved from cartridge to optic media PC got a huge lead on loading time and storage. I always got impressed how people endured PS1 loading times.
It also got online first and depending of the generation far, far better exclusives. Playing on the PC felt like being 1 generation ahead sometimes.
Now I feel the difference is fairly minimal. For me, PC is still cheaper and the better platform to play games with mouse and keyboard but outside that consoles are very close to what PC offers.
I won't make the switch (pun not intended) but if I had to play on the PS5 at least I won't feel like I'm having a subpar experience.
