"Power" weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 have the ricochet property which makes the bullets bounce from walls but the "Tech" weapons have penetration to shoot thru walls. Why? I don't know, maybe "power" means something different in Poland.

I know the game  has a huge to-do list between balance, improvements and missing features but you can at least swap the tech and power tags so it makes fucking sense?
