urgh hated Montezuma. Kept deccing me. I finally gave up trying to pacify Ghandi(Through superior force of arms :D) transferring all of my forces onto Montezuma's borders. Waited for him to dec me again adn BAM. INSTANT BLITZ. He had too many forces but... i raised the cities. SCORCHED EARTH!

My scouts found some ruins full of arrows and were upgraded to archers. They ran across the whole map killing every barbarian in sight while the other nations had little to no army.

There must be an alarming number of pedophiles reading these comics...mark "mine" on a 5 years old is the rock botton.

The best part about Civilization 5 isn't taking over countries, it's showing everyone online that I did.

Got once isolated into the same frickin continent alone with Montezuma and he declared war against me with like 10 military units.

I somehow manage to kill them all and am moving to take his capital.

Tbh, I've never used Scouts that much in the Civ series. Settler spam is just too darn effective.

My scouts in Civ II were always armed units.

Montezuma is a dick in every rendition of Civ. Every game I've had with him I've put my aim to kill him because he was such a dick.

Also, you forgot about beating up barbarians with the weapons you find in ruins. One time I got a swordsman upgraded all the way up to Infantry from a bunch of different ruins. Not sure how that works.

Better take that spot quickly before Ghandi parks a settler there and gets a few billion people and whores itself out for culture. Best way to deal with Ghandi: kill his city-states, especially maritime. And pillage his farms.

I had the same thing happen to my Medic's Pickelhaube helmet, but was just hidden under a pair of Soldier's boots.
