I never understood why people want something like this.

I like to pick and choose where I want to play. Having the game sort you out and place you in specific groups is lame and constricting.

Why can't we have this technology? You have any idea how many players will stop spamming sniper and spy when they play? Not meaning in a bad way, but it just doesn't sit well with me when my team dominates a team of snipers, spies, and medics... I want a damn challenge!

@Metal C0Mmander: Yea, most of my teammates aren't assholes and have some skill, and tell me, how can i not be a good player with 81 kills ?

Two things to note:
1) Matching players with similar behaviors will dampen learning and result in all the players filling in the same niche.

2) I am unqualified to be one of the nice people on the internet, I once got annoyed with a mic-spammer and told him that he was a bad singer.
