I think who really got the shaft on MvM mode was scout. All hints point to a horde mode where constant, sustained fire will trump and lone stragglers will be quickly cut down.

I guess Scout will have a more supportive role collecting metal and perhaps using items like Mad Millk, but a Demoman with upgrades will have a Grenade Launcher with 14 grenades who heal him on kills.

Can't wait!
