Playing Invoker is like playing Magicka, except that you cant QRASER everything to death in seconds.

I'm not sure, but as far as I know Invoker exists longer than Magicka. So is playing Magicka like playing Invoker.

Invoker is just so versatile, it's fantastic.

Ogre Magi Int is 17 + 2.4 per level.

Meaning each head has like 8.5 + 1.2 Intelligence, that's nearly the same as the lowest in game. (Troll warlord and Phantom Assassin, both have 13 + 1 Intelligence)

Jakiro is different though since only one head attack at a time.

I've never played (or seen play of) DoTA, but I got the joke.

That guy over there is a two-headed ogre, and does not look very bright, what with the drool and everything. The runic markings underline the fact that he's a magic user, as does the structure of the joke preceding his introduction.

Something that bothered me is that in Warcraft2, you can't make groups of units cast spells, you need to do one by one. Then when fighting the computer, all his double-headed ogre mages would cast all their blood lust spells in seconds.

after seeing this comic i decided to give Invoker a chance. it really did feel like Magicka, Jo has a point. Great hero though, in the right hands.
I'll stick to something simpler though, casters are not my style.

Invoker is supposed to be the most intelligent magic user in DOTA2. The most powerful and learned magician.

Ogre Magi have two heads making him marginally more intelligent than a rock (unlike other ogres) and a blind luck propensity for being able to cast magic.
