well, after many adventures with lydia and much swag collected, I decided to leave her to guard the manor in whiterun, as well as to give the wife someone to talk to.

I then proceeded to wander skyrim, as the Dragonborn in the Iron Mask (krosis for those who know what that means).

@A Gray phantom: You can get Lydia to her undies, but only if you marry her. Then you can just buy her default clothes from her shop.
I don't think there is a black lingerie in game without modding, though.

Same as Draco. Collect flowers, take care of her, give her ebony's full set (sword and shield) with power protective enchants. And when it's too dangerous, I send her back, or I clean traps and ennemies for her security. (so boring to see all traps activated cause she rushes inside)

My companions so far were exclusively Daedric priestesses, you wouldn't imagine there are so many of them running around.

That's one way to learn potion components. And there's nothing COMPLETELY wrong with filling the black ones. I use vampires and necromancers to fill mine.

Alas, Lydia's penchant for running in front of spells proved to be her downfall for me. I accidentally fireballed her off a bridge. Not knowing companions could ACTUALLY die, I assumed she'd turn up back in Whiterun.

I never saw her again.

My Lydia has it pretty good. She's got a full set of upgraded Dwarf armor, a badass sword, an amulet that protects against fire, and I heal her after the dragon runs her over.

Plus, I'm a good guy so there's nothing evil about our adventures. Yet. Game's not over yet.

Am i the only one who does not use Lydia?... I mean cmon there are SO many companions in the game why the hell does everyone use Lydia?

In my game - well, the character I got the furthest on thus far - Lidya has it pretty easy. After taking her out for one ill-fated dungeon run, my lightning-spamming mage decided that he was a solo adventurer and that Lidya ought to stay at home and watch over his ever-growing collection of swag.

Its kinda cool how the dark brotherhood initiate doesn't die but there is glitches for the glitch (for example her not getting up when submitted)

Can you really make her walk around in lingerie?

I trained Lydia to not die, it worked so well! she demolishes enemy after enemy in a single strike, mostly because her sword does like 250 damage in a single strike, and her armor rating is 700ish

she still dies if i basicly brush up to her though, damn fricken 10K damage backstabs.

I actually like how her eyebrow in the first panel is somewhat faded. It makes her look wearier.

She would equip and wear it, but after a while, she'd stop wearing anything and leave the dress in her inventory.

Hey, if people are going to openly attack the Dragonborn for the masses of coin s/he carries, they shouldn't complain when their souls are used to make magic golden chamber pots.

I left Lydia in Whiterun. It always freaked me out, that no matter how long I was gone, no matter what time of day it was, I would ALWAYS find her at the table in my bedroom. Just watching. "Greetings, my thane." Always watching.

I just left her at the house in Whiterun after I figured out that all she does all the time that I'm there is watching me sleep. Seriously, she never moves out of that chair next to the bed. Ever.

I just let her stay at whiterun with the wife, while i go with cicero in some adventures.

Every time I see any comic illustrating the wanton cruelty of PCs it makes me wonder if I'm playing every game wrong by being a nice guy
